Edinburgh itself is a culinary delight with many fantastic
restaurants and food businesses. It is an exciting place to be and we have
courses which last from 1 week to 6 months. The one month courses are
particularly suitable for training people who have little cooking experience. The

Intermediate/ Advanced Certificate Course
All these courses are intensely practical and we spend time
working on every students food presentation. The courses of one month and over
also work on menu planning and include a REHIS Basic Food Hygiene course.
